I brought my son Alexander in today for his haircut. Everything was going well as usual but today the end result was a bad haircut by today's stylist, Trish. It seems that she trimmed Alex's left side bangs completely straight and the right side she over shaved a spot into his hair. My son says he thought she got distracted by talking to someone else. I did not see it until later because Alex was wearing a hat after the haircut session. Trish never had the professional courtesy to alert me to her mistake on the haircut, but gladly stood there waiting for me to complete our transaction including a tip.

Kelly is amazing! My Husband and I go in often and she is always smiling and welcoming. She does an amazing MVP and haircut and I recommend her to everyone I can! Place is always very clean and just seems like it is run very well
